That said using formal english helps non native speakers.

Sometimes I read some post written in street language and I wonder what does it means.

Logically and literally speaking the use of two negatives in an assertion kill each other so it makes the whole thing a positive assertion.

So 'I can't get no satisfaction' means 'I can get satisfaction'.
