Duplicates give bad feelings.

Hopefully working on HD leftovers and anything good that was left off, like the bluesy fast harmonica song Mick posted that was a lot like Midnight Rambler - where is THAT!!!???

Yeah that was a promising track, as well as the one for the Harmonica launch, "I wake up (sick)"...

So who was producing ? Would make sense for them to finish the album with Watt especially after all the positive vibe/reception around HD.

And why has Ronnie waited so long to do another solo album?
We did get those 2 live cover albums, but even that was supposed to be a trilogy, we never did get the 3rd one!!

The promotional machine of "Hackney Diamonds," the latest unreleased album released by the Rolling Stones on Oct. 20, is still working at full capacity - the "Live" version of the album with the concert recorded at New York's Racket on the occasion of the launch is released today - and Mick Jagger has decided to take a break and where else but in Italy and particularly in "his" Sicily.

"Taking a break in Italy and doing some writing," the leader of the historic English band wrote on social media, accompanying the publication of several photos taken between Syracuse and Noto that depict him in some iconic places: in Piazza Duomo, looking out from one of the balconies of Palazzo Beneventano del Bosco; in the archaeological park, in the area of the Euryalus Castle and then in front of a fishing boat named Madonna of Tears in Syracuse. What better way to recharge the batteries in preparation for the U.S. tour scheduled for spring/summer 2024.

Jagger's love for Italy is now no longer a mystery even though his recent stop in Florence was marked by the most absolute secrecy. Only a snapshot stolen in a well-known restaurant in the Florentine Oltrarno and rumors about the reason for the Tuscan sojourn (in which he would have also participated for a few days with his sodalist Keith Richards): to work in great secrecy on new songs in the exclusive setting of Villa Cavalli, which houses a first-rate recording studio, the "Heavy Soul Darling" of Daniele Cavalli, one of the sons of fashion designer Roberto.

For years now, Sicily has become for the singer, who turned 80 in July, a favorite destination for vacations and more. Hosted by friends in the countryside around Noto, Jagger spent on the island the hardest time of the lockdown during the pandemic. Even then, the "retreat" yielded the writing of a song, "Eazy Sleazy" recorded remotely with Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters). The last sighting in Syracuse is recent, dating back to last September: on that occasion, just before the release of the band's 24th album, the rock star stopped for dinner at a restaurant in Ortigia.

A passion for this land and its sea that allegedly led Jagger to even buy a house (in the seaside village of Portopalo di Capo Passero), although he never officially confirmed the move.

If I am not wrong Mick was in Sicily toward the end of 2022 when Keith and Watt send him the basic riff of "Get Close"

Maybe there's a concerted effort to remain in the social media mindset regarding the new album, the reissue with the live album (online only so far), the 2024 tour (and probably 2025), Keith turning 80 and knowing that time is running out.
