That's really something.
Incredible. To be of a position and give information, as a bass player!, but, obviously as a musician, that's really amazing.
Love how he represents Chicago.

Cool. I hung out with Darryl at a Big Audio Dynamite reunion gig in Los Angeles. He was extremely friendly and gregarious. He came because he was a fan of the band and of their bassist Leo Williams in particular.

The day after the Waldbühne show I accidentally met Darryl on a train, I couldn't believe it. Luckily, the AC in first class was broken (his T-shirt was sweat-soaked) so he happily joined us in our dining car booth, had a beer and talked Stones, Steve, Miles... it was incredible. He is just as great a bass player as he is a person.
