Yes, it does, and lyrics and who plays what.

The digipak booklet has 20 pages, the jewel case one only 12. The text pages are the same in both but the digipak has 6 additional pages with photos and in the middle 2 pages with the big "ROLLING STONES" writing.

Just received the digipack from CDJapan, was surprised with the 20 page booklet, had been thinking booklet would be same as jewel case version with text and no photos.

Great to have the photos in the booklet, all are contained (and more) in the CD/Bluray set book also.

Oddly at Barnes and Noble the digipack was $1 more than the jewel case.

That's mostly the case, e.g. €17.99 for the Jewel Case - [www.jpc.de] , [www.Bravado.de] - and €18.99 (or more) for the Digipak - [www.Bravado.de] , [www.jpc.de] .

I'm not sure I can ever recall having a choice before. I feel like for the most part CDs are one or the other. I got the Digipack because it is what they had on display and wad easy to find. I really don't have a preference either way.

I prefer jewel cases, as I think they last longer and hold up better over time.

Me too - and the cardboard of the Digipak doesn't scratch the CD. Plus the Jewel Case fits better into the old CD collection.

Nothing worse than the oversized Digipak that doesn't fit any CD rack. I have a few of those. And Metallica seems to go extra wide with multiple gatefold with their Digipak's where a simple slipcase style would do just fine.

The Digipak was the only version I bought. I'm done.

Topi-I have the CD and will probably stop there too. I have every Stones studio album on vinyl but really can't justify spending $35 on s vinyl record that seems to be in high demand already....just to complete the collection. At age 47, I'm over being a completion.

Yes, Metallica are very good for that! I had built an entire custom CD wall unit and bookcase at a prior home to house the whole collection, so that I wouldn't have to worry about things not fitting into holders, but that's long gone, and I'll need to build a new one now. But that's a great problem to have!!!!

Voodoo-It is a good problem to have! Tool also over does it with packaging that doesn't fit. The DBT extended version of the Dirty South also doesn't fit. I feel like I have a Springsteen one too that doesn't fit. Good chance if box stores ever get the vinyl in and I see one while passing by, I will probably get one. Just not going to put effort out to seek them out. I was lucky enough to get my CD on Friday. I'll leave the vinyl for now to people who don't yet have a physical version. Nice to see physical media in demand again.

well I've managed to break a coupla those inner plastic portions of digipaks too, Rock - not as indestructible as ya might think!!

Yep, easier to fix a jewelry case than a DigiPak. My girlfriends teen daughter snapped the teeth off of my Soundgarden Down on the Upside cd a few weekends ago.

and see now ya need to buy a whole new one! That stinks. Jewel cases you can just order replacements!

Voodoo-already replaced! It's hard to find that one. It's actually an important amd they charge way more than they should. On a whim I checked Barnes and Noble. My local store had one sitting on the shelf in the $5.99 bin!
