I bought a bundle from the UK store in September and have had no update about delivery (or delivery itself). A couple of friends of mine also in same position. No items yet on release day. Anyone from the UK received anything from the official store yet?

I'm going stir crazy as I will only listen to the album first on vinyl!

Very disappointing if it does not arrive today as usually pre order items are sent out a day before using 24 tracked!

I had an email from RS9 this morning - my order was posted yesterday and is currently with Royal Mail.

Nothing on mine yet here in the US.

I got an email yesterday stating that my lenticular poster was shipped. Believe that was the only thing I bought from the official store until today when I bought the Barcelona LP.

Nothing here today. Royal mail has been and gone. Really disappointing not to hear the album on release day. Will hold on till it is here.

Was wondering the same thing. Expected a shipping confirmation email today here in the US but nothing

Have just been told by customer service that it will be sent out in 1-3 working days...

I received shipping confirmation from US store via email yesterday for HD album box.

Got notification mine will be delivered tomorrow (UK)

I still haven't gotten anything.

I got the email yesterday saying it had shipped (UPS in America) but the UPS tracking number says that a label has been printed but no movement yet.

No email, nothing. Really peeved off as I would have gone down to HMV to buy it this morning, if I had known. I freed up this afternoon to settle in and give it several spins but will now have to wait until Monday (if it has arrived by then).

I never received any of my orders. But two are in transit for Monday delivery. Kinda disappointing not to have anything on release day.

I’ve had Carnaby Red shipped and tracking number provided.

I’ve heard nothing re the Paul Smith (is that it?) alternate cover special.

I received the HD box yesterday. I ordered the box with the hat but received a t-shirt.
US store. 2nd order in a row that has been incorrect.

Turned out for the better, mine had two small creases that essentially disappeared when I framed it, and as it was "limited" they had no replacements and refunded the purchase and let me keep the print.

Your's arrive well packaged and not creased/damaged?

So far as I can tell, yes. As I mentioned in another thread, it's so tight in the tube that I can't get it out! I'm afraid to mess with it too much, but I will at some point, as I do want to doublecheck it, but the tube is much larger than the print itself, and it doesn't have caps on the ends as do most of these poster tubes, but the print is located well within the tube itself on either end, so no concerns there. Hope that makes sense?

Wow bizarre...the tube didn't have caps on it, so the whole thing was open? I hope it is in good condition!

Four separate items; three LPs and the CD t-shirt package. I've received word that everything was underway but nothing has landed on my porch yet. DON'T THEY KNOW WHO I AM?!?

Strange, I only ordered the HD box but said items in my order may ship separately, which I thought was odd since I only ordered 1 item.

Lol, I only laugh cuz I identify with every post here.. The Stones can rock n’ roll but their shop is equivalent to elevator Muzak.

I also ordered multiple items first day and every time I’ve checked my order the expected shipping date changes (3 times so far).. Reached out and was given an apology email, a new shipping date and again no movement.

Thankfully Walmart came thru for me release day
