Actually I think that HD will push one off that list.

But the 20 songs... well that will take a while to pick and order those. I am pretty certain that the top song will be Brown Sugar maybe followed by Beast of Burden but I certainly have to do a lot of listening. BTW to me the list will be depending on the time of the year. Some girls is a great summer album, but not so great the rest of the year.

These are my personal favorites. Albums:

1. Exile - my #1 favorite album of all-time
2. Let It Bleed
3. Ya Yas
4. Voodoo Lounge
5. Shit, honestly a tie between Sticky Fingers and Between the Buttons (US) and Beggars and the deluxe edition of Some Girls (all 22 tracks, not the regular edition!). For today, I'll pick Some Girls Deluxe but honestly, ask me tomorrow and I'll tell you differently.

For favorite songs, I'm SO tempted to just list the entire track listing of Exile in order, but I'll resist being that snarky... for now.

First and foremost: there are but 24 Stones-LPs, all other studio albums are compilations.

My current ranking of Stones-LPs shows "Hackney Diamonds" at #14, right between "It's Only Rock'n'Roll" and "Blue & Lonesome". Excellent album.

And as for the ranking of the HD-tracks in my Top100 list of all-time faves, "Rolling Stone Blues" and "Dreamy Skies" feature at #84 and #90 respectively.

I have really tried and tried to come up with a 5th album. I've listened to all the ones who would vie for the spot - TY, US Aftermath, B2B, BB, LIB, El Mo, Stripped - and the fact is, I simply can NOT come up with one!!!!! I've hardly ever tried to rank them beyond my Top 3!!! That being said, in being forced to pick one, I chose as I did, based on the songs I sing along to the most, and in all honesty, probably propelled ahead slightly due to the recent re-release.

I find it interesting that there are songs that from albums not included. That says a lot about the depth of their discography. Lots of HOT ROCKS laden lists, too, which, you know, ok, but... as others have shown, there's so much more.
