I Think after Some girls the Covers were just Ugly

From satanic to some girls the covers where fine art work

Top covers where sticky fingers- Exile- and Beggars inside

Now Grrr looks Like King kong B-movie

Hackney is even worse

I bet everyone here can make better artwork

The spirit of vinyl is the artwork- I wont buy it

Well, I like Tattoo You but think Goats Head Soup is quite bad.

Sticky Fingers was a good cover for its day and age but if they would release it today for their newest album I don't think people would like it that much.

I thought some of the Vault live releases in recent years had well made covers.

Hackney Diamonds is a good design and it works. For the age of streaming it totally fulfills it's purpose.

Explain what it has to do with age of streaming

Hackney looks certainly good on a small thumbnail in Spotify whereas really detailed and "full" covers like Exile don't work as good in small size. It's probably a factor that is being considered with new album cover designs.

The genitalia-less lion is perhaps unintentionally ironic.

ABB is probably my favorite.
The innersleeve from B & B is also great.

It would be fun to see the Black and Blue cover updated with 2023 faces but I don't have the computer skills to do it.

My two absolute favourites are the U.K. debut and the U.K. Aftermath. Both incredibly cool - especially The Rolling Stones. No title on the sleeve was necessary.
