You hear Lisa trying a shy attempt to get him back on track and when that actually seems to work, Charlie approvingly raises an eyebrow in her direction. Keith however almost instantly continues into his mumbo and looking at Charlie closely I get the idea that he was probably way more attentive to the lyrics and knew more of them than he'd ever admit.
