If 'A Bigger Bang' had not lived upto expectations then i would not have
considered buying the album again plus DVD footage.
As it is the album is tremendous so i will have one copy for the car & one for house so i am happy.
Then again i am a long time Stones fan but i only buy what i consider to be worth the money for & not out of alligance .

Yes, but that one was worth it.

Dont worry crossfire. I'm stupid enough and besides its almost Xmas so someone else can buy it for me

I bought every Stones release on the day it came out from Emotional rescue onwards, but passed on Live Licks as a matter of principle until I saw it in the bargain bin where it belonged (it only took a month or so)

Whats the release date of this?

I've given so much $$$$ to them over the years, what's a few more bucks...I go to a bar...buy a few beers...there gone...at least this will last.

If there is going to be also a VINYL "Special Edition" of ABB", with a couple of new tracks, I will, definitely!

Yes, or better: I'll put it on my wishlist for 'Sinterklaas' or christmas. Same for Rarities.

No. Special editions and limited editions etc. are record company business and not art. But the album surely is an art form. If a band needs new product, they'd better record and EP a/k/a mini-album instead. How about a release called the A Bigger Bang EP, including 3 tracks from the album, the 2 outtakes from the DVD plus one live recording from the current tour?
Besides that, I don't have the equipment to play DVDs anyway.

I never thought of the Stones as art ever. Beatles and Bowie. THAT'S art. But being art isn't the same as saying it's good I have to add. Still Bowie and Beatles are second and third best to the Stones who is NOT art.
