Yes Mathjis,Beast of burden is from chicago. It was allready on collectibles. Which was btw,LOT nicer/better realease than this.No reason for me to buy this cd.I think flashpoint/collectibles is still quite easy to get?
People doesn't seem to get that a rarity is officially released. The album is Rarities... this means officially released material, but rare to find (b-sides of singles, out of stock albums etc).
This is not about never released material.
Nice to have some b-sides compiled, but I could live without the live-versions. The should have released a b-sides compilation, where we have all the b-sides in one place.

Could someone please email me those PDF's? I can not access the site to download the booklet as I have only internet access at work and that is limited/restricted.
I'm not as up to speed as some of the posts but i've got to say:
Let It Rock is worth the price of admission alone. I have the original 7" vinyl Brown Sugar with Bitch and Let It Rock on the B side and Let It Rock is magnificent! I've been playing it for 30 years and its @#$%& so to have a new CD copy will be just fine - and if you don't know that we're all doing it for the money then you'd best go back to "In Another Land"
The description for Tumbling Dice leads one to believe that Chuck starts the song on piano and after two verses the band kicks in. Anyone with ears can tell that the two parts are spliced together.

Yes, I didn't even realize they put it that wrong way in the booklet. It actually is two parts sliced together. And not litterally that the band kicks in.

That's right. The first part is actually a dressingroom-warmup jam, the second part is of course a live recording - two different recordings spliced together. Sounds funny, however! But the booklet gives the impression that this is a rare version that was actually played like this. Not exactly a Stones expert who wrote the linernotes. Where's quality control from the band? Or don't even they know better ?
It is sad that "Tumbling Dice" on "Rarities" was spliced together from two versions. Both versions (the warm up and the concert tape) should be edited separately. Both versions are great indeed. And what concerns the booklet: a bunch of mistakes.

In fact? Is it the complete version? I've got the single. Must here it again. Thanks for this info.
