Bridges to Babylon concert dvd

Yesterday picked up a DVD from my local store.
It's called Bridges to Babylon tour 97-98.
It features guest appearances by Dave Matthews and Joshua Redman. Total 22 tracks.
Total playing time 120 mins.
It says ©1999 warner bros. It's the Dutch edition.
Is this official?
Or a bootleg

Don't know that version, but there are several high quality bootleg recordings (even multiple DVDs) from all five 1998 Amsterdam recordings.

It's a redux of the 12/12/97 St. Louis show.

I have it on VHS, somewhere. A very fine release; though not as good as the official Bremen offering, in my opinion.

Long rumored to get a re-release DVD/bluray/CD expanded version from Eagle Rock containing songs not included on the original DVD.
