Jorma's 80, Jack's 77- they've still got it going on chops-wise, no sign of slowing down, full slate of electric/acoustic Tuna and solo gigs posted, plague willing. Dollar for dollar, I think Id rather see a good Tuna gig in a club than just about anything in a stadium. Check out Jorma earlier this year..

The reissue of their first and by far best album a few years ago was a great thing, complete show, plus complete second show, all recorded in sterling sound by Owsley Stanley. So clean it sounds like the bottle is breaking in your front room.

Didn't much care for them later when someone (Jorma) decided that louder was better and Papa John Creech, bless his heart, didn't add much but boy that first LP still rings like a bell.

Love 'em!
Have seen them in a club a few times, Hardly Strictly festival, and opening for Tedeschi Trucks Band at Red Rocks a couple times.

At Red Rocks sitting in with TTB for a couple..

Not OT - they were of course on the same bill as the Stones at Knebworth 1976. I remember enjoying their set (which felt like almost a full day before the Stones came on).
