Are the Stones the best Two-Chord band around?

It struck me how many times the Stones can squeeze the brilliance out of essentially 2 chords.

Which is your favourite 'two chord heaven', and is there another band who have got so much mileage out of two chords, and so successfully?

(note to pedants. I am aware that most of these songs use more than two chords, but the major part of the song, the earworm, the dang chorus, is two chords of magic)

John Fogerty/CCR - Born On The Bayou. The E7 chord has rarely been used so effectively, IMHO. Yeah, he strikes a few other chords in the song, but E7 predominates. And what a groove.
