VOLUME AT NYC '72 SHOWS
Date: November 3, 2005 03:43

I'm sitting under my speakers listening to 25/7/72 #2 and what pierces me through and through is the volume! I've had never been at a concert that was this loud, incl. Seattle '75! It's like the volume is a presence in and of itself. And Mick just has everything in control. Maybe it's the gin, maybe it's the Lorazpam, maybe it's the relief at finally organizing my Stones CDRs after over five years of letting them languish in perishing heaps.

I take it you're female?

Let me rephrase that then:

What does your husband have to say about all this?

I take it you've never flown Northwest before. There service is appalling. Don't get your hopes for a pleasant flight up too high. I'm sure Amsterdam will be a blast though.
