Hey! You guys lay-off Cleveland.
Great hard-working people, and a great rock n roll town. Back in the day, I would travel from Pittsburgh to Cleveland (2.5 hours) just because it had about 6 or 7 great record stores. The Agora Ballroom was one of the most legendary rock clubs in the US, and Cleveland's top rock radio station, WMMS, regularly won "Best Radio Station" in the annual Rolling Stone poll. I also had many excellent adventures in the Flats, the downtown entertainment area. For funkier, more psychedelic, adventures I often checked-out the area around Case Western University (forget the area's name). High times indeed!
Plus, some great RnR out of that area: Pere Ubu, Devo, Chrissie Hynde, etc.
