I've just found a 1986 live recording of Lone Justice, featuring them doing "All Down The Line". I do really love Lone Justice/Maria McKee and remember to be really surprised seeing them do ADTL on their 86 tour (saw it on their show in Hamburg, Germany, lovely!)!

"@#$%& Blues" by The Beasts Of Bourbon (awesome!), "Claudine" - don't remember the performer - and "It's Not Easy" done live by US hardrock band Blue Öyster Cult (hope I find that tape!) besides the well known stuff.

Chesterfield Kings cut a great version of I Can See It about ten years.A band I was in at the time also recorded it although we called it Got Yourself Together.

I have a recording of Lone Justice playing Shine A Light, San Francisco, 25-01-1985. One of my favorite bands. Fantastic voice.

Some highlights are a very gospelly YCAGWYW by Luther Allison, Tumblin Dice by Johnny Copeland with his daughter Shemekia, a blused out Satisfaction by Junior Wells, It's All Over Now by Bobby Womack (a cover of a Stones cover of his own song), and a down & dirty Mississippi blues version of HTW by Taj Mahal. It's a fun listen!

I think it's one of the best Stones covers ever done.
MC5 had such an unbelivable energy! Definitely one of the best underground hard rock bands that ever existed.

The version you refer to comes from the MC5 bootleg "Thunder Express", recorded live in studio at Château d'Hérouville, outside Paris, march 1972.
