Hmm, now that's something I've never thought of...it's a possibility, but wouldn't Mick be much bulkier than he is?

Remember that old habits die hard, no pun intended. Remember how people were surprised that John Entwhistle exploded his heart cause he was still blowing lines at 58 years old.

I would say the obvious.....Charlie is clean,

Ronnie is clean (watch for the constant cigarette in his hand on stage...no cigarette=clean, smoking=hammered)

Mick, hard to say. I would say clean.

Keith, only God knows. Of course I am sure he hits the stage with enough booze and weed in him so he dont got the shakes because he is a functioning alcoholic and loves the weed. I think off the road KR hits the smack now and then, but not on the road. With all the new drugs (xanex, Prozac etc,) I would think KR is eating a good amount of those, not to mention anti-inflamatories for his fingers. Ultimately thats what will do KR in, the mix of arthritis drugs plus booze must be eroding what ever is left of an already abused liver.

The fact is that KR and RW are addicts or addicts in recovery.

I would hate to see one of them end up like Entwhistle.............but I would not be surprised.

keith is not doing heroin! he stopped scoring three times a day in '78, before the us some girls tour. Since that he smokes a lot, drinks a lot, still smokes joints and even does coke sometimes. that's the way it is.

so he's ok!

I've never heard of B Complex making one bulk up but it does give some great energy...I wouldn;t be surprised if Mick had some before the show and during the Keith tunes...

i read some time ago he did heroin once again during the b2b tour, but i don't believe that! anyway don't worry about keef milo, he could survive every nuclear war!

any athletes out there know that certain foods give ya extra energy...i.e. pasta, bananas, etc....in fact on the HBO stones show from MSG (four flicks i believe) Mick is seen sharing a banana with Ron (between songs)....forgot to mention the ol adrenalin rush they may get (ya think?)

He actually admitted to that in the "cash for questions" feature in Q magazine. He was asked "when did you last take smack" His reply: "Somewhere on the last tour someone came through with a little taste"

dont think "H" is a performance enhancing drug...in fact i'd like to see any junkie half Keith's age...go out there every night for 2 hours and move around like that....no chance! he'd be flat on his ass

Yeah, Keith admitted that he tried some H on the B2B tour, but all he got from it was itches. If he still dabbles, he must be very disciplined about it. He's certainly not a stone-cold addict anymore...not to mention he uses some old chemistry book to check for purity.

Crazy...I dunno, he must be doing something to make his face resemble a baseball mitt. I wouldn't think drinking and smoking alone would cause such advanced aging.


Some here claimed that Mick still does coke, during a show, no less!! They said that he went offstage during MR, and when he came back his voice was all weird, confirming that he'd "done a line or two."

I find that near impossible to believe. Mick does NOT want to end up like Entwistle. Even though he's in amazing shape and could probably handle an odd line of coke better than Entwistle, why would he take the risk at 62??

agreed Keefriff99...Mick's too smart for that crap..i lean more towards that he's a workout junkie....as far as the baseball mitt comparison for keith...i've seen quite a few leathery faces created from cigs and booze alone...guess it depends on how far one's excesses go...the junkies innards go first..then later on it explodes on your outsides
