I rarely have dreams where I am one way or the other involved in a Rolling Stones concert. However, my wife, who definitely is not a Rolling Stones fan (but saw them a fair number of times) ever so now and than tells me she had a strange dream about being at a Stones concert.
Is there anybody (shrink, or other specialist on those things) who can explain that? Anybody else having a similar experience?

I've had many where I've been at Stones concerts, and even some where I've had encounters with the Stones.

I guess that just happens when you think too much about something over the last 50 years.

I had a dream about an encounter with Mick. I can say no more.

A dream I had several times in variations is that I am going to the venue, for reasons I do not understand I do not find my way into the venue - the music starts, I here it coming from far away, and I try to find my way in without success. It was always relieving to wake up.

I have a recurring dream that I got refunded for concert tickets I purchased this year.

I had a dream (nightmare) early on in the lockdown where I was traveling to a show, running very late and lost in a strange city. As stressed in the dream as I would be in real life, made it there just in time to see fireworks in the horizon and fans streaming towards me as they exited.

Chalked it up to how I was feeling about missing the shows.. perhaps your wife has empathized and thought some about your missed concerts ??

3. Watch the concert from first row.
4. Get invited to have a drink and ciggie (I don't smoke) with Keith and Patti at their hotel, which happens to adjoin the theater.
5. Their room number, each and every time, is 305.

Perhaps I need to talk to someone about this?? LOL

Raleigh 89 or Raleigh 2015?

I had a weird dream once probably back in the 90s. I was at the Royal Albert Hall concert in 66. Waiting outside the venue I guess by the back doors waiting for the Stones to arrive along with lots of other fans. I saw Brian but what's weird is that I knew he was dead and that I must have been dreaming!
Not sure if that was the only time the Stones played RAH.

I had one that was to life like and it was a horror show nightmare

I have a dream quite often, which accidentally also took place last night, about twice a month or so that I am standing at the front in a line at an outdoor Rolling Stones show.

We are all standing on a slope leading up to a hill where the show allegedly will take place.
I can spot the stage from the line and I hear the soundcheck.

All of a sudden just before they are supposed to open the gates the whole mass of people standing in line start running down the slope and I can see another stage in the far distance. I start running as I ask a fellow fan what's happening and he answers; "The show takes place down there!"

The stress and horror that occur as I realize that now I am the last in line wakes me up. Sometimes this dream keeps on going as we change lines and hills, sometimes I come in and the stage is quite low but I can't reach the FOS area however much I try.

It's a bugger, kept me sweating for a good portion of 2020.

By the way, remember I incorrectly marked a facemask as fake? Well, my kids bought me one for my birthday, so now I occasionally upset people on the streets ... they must think they are dreaming ...
So far some incredible dream experiences of IORRers!

i get a lot or recurrent dreams about plane crashes im never on them, and i get a lot of weird dreams most i cant remember, as for stones dreams only 1. was doing a duet with jagger during miss you..

I do dream of being at a Rolling Stones concert sometimes. But the strange thing of it is that I once in a while play guitar with them on stage! Sometimes even very good.
But in real live, I can’t play guitatr at all. I’m a non-musician..... I do have a guitar in my living room only for the show of it.

No time frame...but seems 'recent' lol

I saw the Stones in London in 1976 and later I went to bed and dreamt what seemed like the whole show again - in colour. This morning I woke up with 'Living in a ghost town' going through my head..................

In my dreams, I'm at a Stones concert but they never actually take the stage. This happens A LOT! In a recent dream, I was working for Mick as a tour coordinator and was speaking with him just before the show...I never heard one song!

It’s conceivable that they’ve already played their last show.

Straycat, it is quite possible that they may never tour again...that means I have WICKED ESP! Sad thought but one all Stones fan will face one day....

I should have known this topic would be on IORR…..I do frequently dream about The Rolling Stones - usually I’m at a small venue where they are playing and I’m at the front of the stage. Typically, I have interactions with the band in each dream. Last night I had a crazy dream where Mick was singing Stones deep tracks but with a completely different band….he asked me how I thought the show was going. It was a wonderful Christmas present! Once in a while I am actually on stage playing with them. These dreams are always a great treat!

i had a dream last night that i was piloting a plane and all the passengers were drunk and insane i crash landed in a louisiana swamp
shot up a horde of zombies but i come out on top

but no stones concert dreams sadly

that's sound way more exciting

but seriously i do recall a really weird one involving the venture bros. (for those who know what that is) and it was basically the episode i watched before going to sleep (the spanakopita one) except white and billy where mick and keith

oh and i recall another similar one where keith richards was hired as the new cafeteria chef on south park

Met band members a few times in my dreams.

Concert? Idk, maybe sometimes, but once I had a dream where I was the drummer of Aerosmith and couldn't play at all (which is true, I don't know how to play drums)

A few times I dreamed that I arrive at the venue but for an unexplainable reason I do not enter. I hear the the concert begin and I tell myself that really should get in, but I do not achieve. Not a pleasant dream.

I've often dreamed about being on my way to a Stones concert, but either I never quite get there, or if I do get there, I wake up before the show starts. Sometimes I'm on the verge of seeing them in impossibly great circumstances; I'm in the front row of an intimate venue, for example, but always the dream ends before they actually appear onstage.
