This album really is a winner! I think it has been vastly underrated by many people on this board. After having been listening to it for a month and a half, I'm now quite confident that "A Bigger Bang" is going to be rated in the future as one of the Stones' finest records. I really really like it!

if any new band made a cd like 'bigger bang" all of those who "dislike" it would love it because they couldnt compare it to "past glories"...think about it

I think the majority on this board feel the way that you do. However, there is a VOCAL minority who find it necessary to post their tired opinion that "ABB Sucks" whenever they see an opportunity.

Overall, it has gotten the equivilent of 4-stars or better from just about every critic of note, most fans I know like it, I like it...so nothing else really matters!

We have to wait for another band who is on the road again after 43 years or so and making a damn good new album. I can tell you there's not much around who will remain from nowadays.
