Well there are two things I hate. People who complain and people who tell me I am wrong when I am for sure right. Of course I am right about the fact that the Stones played Imst. I was there. Why do you tell such nonsense? And if you bothered to check the IORR web site you would see the exact official reports of the crowds here:
It is all linked up directly from the main IORR page (right side):
Aug 1 1995 Osterreich Ring, Zeltweg, Austria 86,000
Jul 11 1998 Flughafen Wiener Neustadt, Austria 57,200
May 31 1999 Festival Site, Imst, Austria 47,400
Jun 18 2003 Ernst Happel Stadium Vienna Austria 55,000
First three shows official audit numbers given out my Mr. Cohl himself.
The last one for 2003 is my own estimate. I was at all these 4 shows
and I will tell you these numbers are correct within a normal margin.
Imst was close to 50,000 people which is a lot more than
many shows in USA this tour like Boston, Hershey (approx 30,000).
So if there are promoters in Austria that have balls and brains
then I see no problem they can book more than one show,
as the country is spread out, east west etc, like Norway.
But I never said I know about these 3 bookings.
What I say is the Stones have played these major shows.
And I don't really care if a promoter went bankrupt.
If he did it was not because of the 47,000 people who came,
but may be because he did not manage his money correctly.
PS. And saying it was 20,000 in Imst must be pure imagination.
That is close to the number of people who came to watch Zucchero
from Italy only. See the IORR Imst 1999 show report : [

So what is not true in what I say Chris?
