It's a heart condition. It needs to be taken seriously. And whether he's "in shape" or not hardly matters. Good to see him looking well though. Of course.

I agree it needs to be taken seriously ... but the heart 'condition' is over. He has a new valve and is feeling fine. Sure.. he needs to be monitored every here and again but he should be healthier now than he was for a while before. Mick should be leading the life of someone with a very healthy heart by the time rehearsals start (looks like he already is).


It was mentioned here that Mick looked tired because he is 'fighting for his life' (this statement was made well after the operation) .. I thought that was a ridiculous statement .. that's all.


Here are two point's that really need addressed.


1. He's not fighting for his life


2. He gets all (and plenty of) the family time he wants.


(#3 is optional ... doesn't appear to be any writers block and although they may of hit a wall on a song or during a session four years back .. that isn't always the situation).


Ain't trying to be a jerk .. or sound like one or anything .. just noting that many times things get waaaaaaaaay over stretched here.
