Off The Hook, slightly before The Last Time. Also, Surprise, Surprise.

Keith has said in several interviews that The Last Time was the first song that they wrote that they felt really comfortable playing to the rest of the band.

I would have to list As Tears Go By since it was one of the first written by Jagger/Richards, although it was released by Marianne first. I've mentioned here before that I actually prefer the original version As Time Goes By.

Satisfaction. The simplicity is great.

I really love the original version of Satisfaction. Greatest and also most simple rock tune ever. That's it. There'll never be anything comparable.

Tell Me. And the two Rutger mentions are up there (ATGB seems to be later).
Heart... recorded in July 1964 acc. to Keno´s;
As Tears... as late as Oct 26, 1965.
Tell Me (You´re Coming Back) Feb 3, 1964.

"The Last Time"....otherworldly guitar-drenched in reverb..brilliant riff (grabs ya by the throat instantly)...heavenly harmonies "maaaaaaay be the last time i dont knowww...and mick screaming his heart out at the end..."oh no oh no!!!....escalating into a beautifully psychotic frenzy.....resolved to kicking this broad outta his life...their first truly great gem
