4 seasons in Philly although in '97 they staed at the Ritz Carlton.

Nope, they never stay in NYC while in Philly; they stay at the Four Seasons, usually. Is the Rittenhouse for real, a real tip?

I'm not sure at all, but it's possible that they're staying at the Loews (13th and Market).
On the Licks tour, the night before the Veterans Stadium show, I was hanging out at a restaurant across the street from the Loews when their tour bus pulled up in front of the hotel. None of our boys were on the bus, but it was all roadies wearing Stones jackets who were unloading lots of equipment. I asked a few hotel employees if Mick and Keith were staying there, but all I got from them were unconvincing I don't knows.
I'm sure it's possible that the band stays in one hotel while the entourage stays in another. But you should probably check it out just in case.
