all 10 plus, what do you think? theyre all great, also ian stuart, bobby keys, (already included brian, bill and mick taylor ofcourse), after that we have billy preston nicky hopkins i give them a 9, the guys and girl from this period are ok but not really stones, I prefer blondie(cool guy) than lisa(so enthousiast, great voice ofcourse)give them a 8, bernard fowler and darryl, see it more as a job I think, good musisans but no extra feeling, they get a 7, and ofcourse good old chuck, I like that part in four flics when he and jagger talk about dont stop, and he is afraid jagger thinks he plays too country he seems ok! I think jagger needs his clear head to get things worked out, chords etc, becouse keith doesnt know exactly in what chords he plays cause of all the capos and strange tunings, and of course the weed and booze. but why oh why doesnt he play a real piano soooo strange, I give chuck also a 7.

What an idiotic topic.

Jagger 10
Richards 10
(Brian) Jones 10
Taylor 8
Wyman 10
Watts 10
Wood 10
(Daryl) Jones 7
Leavell 7
Stu 10
Keys 9
Fisher 8
Chaplin 6
Fowler 7
Motivations? Jagger is the ultimate show-man of all time. Richards is one of the most innovative and undoubtably coolest guitarist in the world. (Brian) Jones put the Stones together and was a musical genious. Not just on the guitar. Just about every musical instrument you can think of. Taylor is a great guitarist but absolutely not a Stone. He's... well... let's face it: a bit of a geek, if you ask me. Great guitarist though, the Stones made some of their more creative music with him. Wyman is the best bass player in the world. He's a genious on the bass and his looks are very cool. Same actually goes for Watts. Best drummer in the universe and ultra-cool looks. Wood is a(or arguably was) a great guitarist.

Gotta' love Ronnie!
(Daryl) Jones. Don't like him too much. He's a true jazz player, not rock 'n' roll. Also, The Rolling Stones are probably the band that got famous because they were white. Seeing a really fat black guy with dreadlocks doesn't really fit in the picture of 4 skinny white guys.

Leavell... he's too country for me. Not boogie woogie enough. He does have his moments, though. Honky Tonk Woman is always nice with Chuck.

Now Stu... that's another story. He was too ugly to be a Stone, but I count him in. His boogie woogie made the Stones' something special. He was great on the 81/82 tour. Too bad he's past away...
Bobby Keys... he's fat, ugly and old. Well, they're all old, but he's always looked "mature" to me. Not the rebellious kind of guy the Stones are. But his sax-playing is great and you get used to his looks.
Lisa Fisher is great on Gimmie Shelter, Night Time Is The Right Time, all here solo moments. But for of the show I could do without her.
Chaplin. I never liked the guy... he's not the best of singers. He's not the best of guitarists. He's just there for the percussion.
Fowler is better at singing, but really doesn't fit in the picture just like Daryl. He's OK though.
