That's even more expensive than the Meet & Greet in Hyde Park which was £21,500. And that one didn't include the band; just the Lord of Wimbledon... and a glass of cider plus a leaflet.

When was the last time the Stones did a meet and greet where you could meet the band, and how much did that cost?

I don't know, Drewmaster. I think most Meet and Greets are based on celebrity status or personal relations. Not money. I'm sure there are people here who has visited some.
But I don't think they paid for it. Unless it was part of some very expensive ticket...

Thanks Stoneage. So this could be the first time the boys have done a paid meet and greet. I don't recall one happening before but wasn't paying that much attention.

i'd buy a documentary that featured these various people.
Like in Don't Look Back when the
well meaning sorta royalty/politically/extremely-wealthy woman was visiting bob Dil circa '65
for a minute w her son; pretenses were some sort of gift ,
or invitation , acknowledgement of the privilege of him meeting Her, the undertone or whatever...
her kid's sorta embarrassed but laughing...

some would be flabbergasted and overwhelmed;
some pitching crap as fast as they could...
...wanting to justify the expenses...
some would just be wealty but just loving them and want to say so...sorta sweet.
etc..
a range i'm sure. it would be funny to see some of it.

There was one during either ABB or Licks that was part of a VIP package or a radio contest- a friend of a friend did it with his wife in Vegas, and said it was a total waste of time.
Evidently Mick was rude and distant, while Keith, Charlie, and Ronnie were nice but seemed in a hurry to get out of there.
They did get their pics taken with the band along with about 10 other 'VIP' fans - all in the same photo trying to get close to the Stones for an awkward kodak moment.

I guess you can’t fault the Stones since the proceeds are going to charity.
If they “meet and greet” thirty people per show then it’s over a million to
charity per show! They have sure come along way from those early club shows
in the beginning of 1963...

From their own FAQ Q&A Support page:

What Portion of Proceeds Goes To Charity?

therefore...

Is My Purchase Tax Deductible? NO

I have to believe they're going to do way better than only 5% toward the charities. I'm thrilled that the first few are animal-based charities.

Yeah, my dentist has a photo in her treatment room of herself with the Stones from back then. I asked her about it, and she said a friend invited her to the concert, and she had no idea their tickets included meeting the band until they arrived at the venue.

For me to pay $35,000, I'd require:

Getting to pick the setlist, playing on a couple of songs, and sharing in the party favors and groupies after the gig.

I'd need an honest supply of what kept the '75 tour rolling to consider that. I was born too late to have access to Merck and Rorer

Probably the private Foxboro gig for Kraft's B'day. Kraft should have brought groupies in, would have been better than going to Trump's friend's we love you long time rub and tug.
