I'm not sure I get the meaning of the term 'Rough Justice' in the context of this song. What is Mick saying?

I ain't stupid, I'm just guitarded.

I think it sort of means "Too bad for YOU" (Directed at us fans, when we keep on bitching about them). Like Mick is saying that he was a certain person once, but he ain't that person no more. And that's too bad for the people who wish he would be like he was on the 72 tour. Or am I getting it wrong???

Thats an interesting take, as I took it more in the literal sense.

I thought once he was her one and only, now he is one of her many.

And its payback time.

Is it "rough justice on ya" or "rough justice for ya"?

ROUGH JUSTICE
(M. Jagger/K. Richards)

One time you were my baby chicken
Now you've grown into a fox
Once upon a time I was your little rooster
But am I just one of your cocks

It's rough justice on ya
You're going to have to trust me
It's rough justice
But you know I'll never break your heart

So put your lips to my hips, baby
And tell me what's on your mind
I know you've still got the animal attraction for me
It's been a long, long time

It's rough justice on ya
We never thought it risky
It's rough justice
But you know I'll never break your heart

You're feeling loose and lusty
So if you really want me
Yeah, it's rough justice
And you know I'll never break your heart...Yeah

It's rough justice on ya
You think you really sussed me
It's rough justice
But you know I'll never break your heart

The first time I saw you, baby
You were springing like a young gazelle
And next thing I know, way down the road
You had me flying like a bat out of hell

It's rough justice on ya
Your eyes are too disgusted
You're going to have to trust me
But you know I'll never break your heart

I give you my positions
Don't want no oppositions
It's rough justice
But you know I'll never break your heart

Yeah
Come on baby Woo..

Since I heard that song was written by Keith Richards it may well be about his wife Patti? However, I think these are basically Keith lyrics with only minor changes by Mick. I would think that first verse with the fox and cocks is by Mick.

I doubt that, if Keith wrote it, it is about Patti.

It appears to me to be about the administration of Rough sex on someone. Getting your own back in a rather aggressively sexual manner.

I think the lyrics are saying once you were sweet and nice, then you used me, but now the tables are turned, I've got you where I want you and I'm going to rub it in and get some payback (but you know I'll never break your heart).
