Anybody know if the site are unable to new registers? A friend try to register unsucesfull...

It's probably not down but the new registration has to be checked by Bjornulf Vik (the IORR-Editor) which could take some time. I would say: patience ....

I was watching something on YouTube earlier this week - I think one of the recent shows from this summer. People were asking about this issue with not being able to register with Iorr in the YouTube comments for the video!
