These have been running for some time here in the USA... very cool way to keep the spotlight on their music.

Saw the Rainbow ad for the first time last night, but never the Sympathy ad, though I don't watch much tv.
Interesting they use the Motorhead version of Sympathy, while Rainbow is the Stones...why not use the Stones version of Sympathy?

Maybe down to money?
ABKCO will no doubt ask a high fee. If there is a credible alternative recorded version and the record company aren't as greedy as the Klein family, then maybe you have an answer.

Could be the stones option to not let them use their Sympathy version.

Song has been utilized commercially undoubtably countless more times than Rainbow, including at political rallies etc., they may not want their version utilized commercially at this time. That's my bet.

Just saw a Groupama insurance commercial here in France with She's a Rainbow! I'll bet 95% of people who hear it have no idea it's the Stones, it's not as well known as Start Me Up, for example.

Maybe they should do a laxative ad with Mother's Little Helper
