Ladies and Gents I give you COLUMBUS 2005
Posted by: drake ()

The complete recording of the Columbus show is now officially available to download. Its fantastic. I wont boast too much but I will say its the best boot of the tour in terms of performance, setlist and sound quality. I wouldnt give you anything less.

I'll leave my computer seeding this thing 24x7 til every Stones fan on this planet has it. Enjoy.

Drake, thank you very very much!

I don't want to raise emotions here, but do you think it would be ok for you if Pascal from Rockpassion puts the CD on his website as MP3 files?
The thing is that the university seems to block Bit Torrent so I can't download it from the Rocks Off tracker - Rockpassion does work. And there are still some people out there with a download limit that would appreciate much smaller files and be happy to get them in as MP3s!

Anyway, thanks again for all the effort you take - would be cool to meet you in Europe next year!

I would be cool with that as long as he rips them in some mighty fine extremely high quality mp3s. I despise mp3, so 128 just aint gonna cut it, for me. but yeah, its cool.

To Drake: thank you so much, probably tomorrow I can burn it and listen at work.

To Captain: you need an additional program, for example Azureus for the download.

[azureus.sourceforge.net]

The files are in FLAC format, for which you can find a plugin for Nero at

[flac.sourceforge.net]

Scroll to Extra, CD Burning and install the dll plugin file as indicated.
