I would love to hear this one! One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE Stones ballads! I never knew they did it in Europe in 1990. I wonder how it sounded; I'll check out the boot.

The only song Axl Rose has ever sang with the Stones is Salt Of The Earth.
I was always disappointed that this didn't become a hit in the 1990's. The Stones never cracked the Top 40 in the whole decade....or in the current one.
I thought this could be a hit, but it was too maturity-oriented vying against the MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice crap of the day.

They playd it at almost evry show in europe....the performance was very, very similar to the original studio version but with much more power in it. A very good live version indeed.
at the concert in Cologne, germany Mick asked the audience, before playing the song: "Would you like to sing a little bit? I know you paid money to hear us singing....and now I want you to sing, This is a ballade..from SW...its called: Almost Hear You sigh..." ...and then, when the UHHHH..Uhhh..Uhhhh..Huuuhuuhuuu...uuu.uuu part began, it was time for the audience to sing with. Although I cannot remember how the crowd participation was on this song. But I loved it.
