Rolling Stones MQA cds (hi-res) in cd Japan!

I wonder what kind of equipment is needed to really utilize these cds?
Some kind of MQA dac maybe? Is there even a cd player in the market whicd has an integrated mqa decocer inside?
You can play these discs in a normal cd player without any dac but then the sound quality is the same as in the standard cds.
