Has anyone been to the area of the where the Altamont show was in the last year or two? I will be driving in that vicinity in late August and was interested what exists in the area now if anything?

The Raceway closed in 2008. I was in South San Francisco for much of last year, but never bothered with Livermore. I have in-laws there.

I was there in July 2016 - took a bunch of pix of the abandoned buildings. Just jump the fence, wander about at leisure. It was windy as hell. Must have deadly in December.

Nothing out there. In the summer it smells like Cowsh*t and in the winter it smells like horsesh*t.
