The post was made by Mr. Frankenreiter with a copy of a text from Keith from the town I live where he was playing a gig. Seems credible, and would also seem likely Keith wouldn't be thrilled with him posting his text (if real) perhaps garnering him the record for shortest time being considered as an opener

If true, gotta think it will be another visit to North America in areas not visited since at least 2006..(Seattle. Vancouver, Edmonton, Denver et al)?

Looks like that might be the same bogus account that someone here posted awhile ago - they thought they were communicating 'privately' with Keith.
Also, Donovan Frankenreiter is best known as former SoCal professional surfer whose musical career is...a bit weak (trying to be polite) at best.

Haha - and the use of the term "world tour" seems a bit suspicious. Has the No Filter 1 &2 tour ever been called a 'world tour' as of yet?
I suppose if it continues on to other areas of the world it eventually could, but...nobody has told Charlie yet about these plans to tour the world. According to him, Warsaw is the last in the foreseeable future.

I seriously doubt that The Stones personally ask people to open for them. Also the text looks really strange - "are you free to open for us next year" without specifiying at least a rough period of the year? "on our world tour" wouldn't it be natural just to say "on our tour"?

But what do I know - it would be great if it was true, but I seriously doubt it. I believe Charlie was absolutely sincere when he said that the 8th July is as far as he can see.

Surely a phone call would of been made instead of asking on social media.

Unless that was made up by Donavon, which I think it's unlikely, Keith's Instagram has a verified badge, which can be noticed on the username - which is also the same used by Keith, btw - so it doesn't look like a bogus account.

Whole thing is strange. Thats on this guy Donovan's real instagram. So obviously he's not pulling some prank. So it begs the question: is he being trolled and got fooled? And if it is legit, do you think he asked if he could put that on instagram? I assume the answer to that is yes, but it seems strange as it would give a lot away and usually they like to be tight lipped. Besides of all that, it does seem pretty strange that Keith (or whoever does his social media) would reach out this way, especially since it sounds like they've never met. Don't the Stones have people who have people to do this? I feel either Donovan @#$%& up or is getting trolled, but either way I'm happy he posted that cause its just so weird.
