O/T - Bit Torrent question

Hi Everybody,
In terms of sound quality, are WAV files better than AIFFs?
In terms of storage space, are AIFFs more condensed than WAVs?
I did a web search and found a site that has fabricated tests of a variety of file types.
To my ears the WAV sample sounded slightly fuller / richer than the AIFF.
I haven't burned duplicate CDs of material I've downloaded yet for the sake of comparison but, if the ultimate goal is to achieve the best sound quality, is one technically better than the other?
Any thoughts, opinions, rants and raves would be appreciated......

Thanks

AIFF is just the Apple equivalent of WAV. They both hold uncompressed audio data, and neither format sounds better than the other.
