OT: An American original

This won't be everyone's cup of tea, but what an interesting read about music and its pull. If you dig real country music, offbeat musicians, Americana, life, love, the pursuit of happiness (or not), I think you'll enjoy it. And, if y'all ever get the chance, check out the northeast Maryland area. A beautiful part of the state where the Susquehanna flows into the bay. Lunch at MacGregor's in Havre de Grace is always worth the ride.

Campbell's stuff is on Utoob. Check him out.

Fascinating article. Thank you for posting. Sparks fly in music when genres, traditions, and generations intersect - a bit of madness mixed in makes things even more interesting.
