Hello:

I have often seen you guys (and gals) talk about upgrading your tickets the day of the show at the event box office. I am traveling to DC (from Syracuse, NY) to see the October 3 show with a friend and we would like to see about “upgrading” our tickets. Does anyone have any advice as to how we should go about this? I appreciate any help.

I'd like to hear what people say about this as well.

One hour before the show in Milwaukee they moved me 10 seats across and three rows down. It doesn't sound liek a big deal but it was the difference between being more toward the back corner of the stage and being the first seat at the elevated runway. Worth a try but, I found and have heard, very close to show time...

Did you go to the box office at the venue?

I went to the Box Office about an hour before the show in Milwaukee, asked very politely (I cannot stresss this enough) and they upgraded me....
