i can not attend fort lauderdale, i have purchased to tickets (will call, so i can not sell them, because i have to pick them up with my credit card and id)
I have already asked TM, but i did not get any response.
Can somebody tell if it is possible to cancel and to get a refund?

I don't think you can cancel and get a refund. The usual deal with tickets is once you press "puchase" they are yours and its up to you to get rid of them if you can't go.

They only way you can get a refund is if the show is canceled....sorry to bring you bad news.

I still would try it with ticketmaster and explain it straight forward. I know from people (at least I read on stonesdoug sides) that they refunded the tickets at last. I rather would call them then going on e-mail.
I mostly had to wait for a reply for more than 48 hours. So you still can hope
