forgive me BV is this isn't really appropriate. thought in a post-tour lull, some people might have some interest in this topic.

Are any of you guys into cryptocurrencies? Should I gamble a hundred quid on bitcoin? Or better Ethereum?

(Only gamble what you can afford to lose...)

a bitcoin is worth about $6000 last time I checked...how much is a hundred quid?

if you're into a good gamble, go to a casino and bet it all on black.

I’m suspect on this stuff as I don’t understand it at all. I just keep thinking scam or Ponzi.

nowhere near as many €\$ as a while back, but we were warned

Nowhere near enough to buy a ticket on the 2018 UK tour...........

I run a forex (foreign exchange currency market) webite (www.forex-central.net), but I won't touch bitcoins; it's too speculative and is a seedy currency. The volatility on it is crazy. Too scary for this investor.

Right now, I would stick to investing in real estate, gold and Rolling Stones tickets/albums/merch!

I think I gave you a reasonable answer. I think it is safer to straight up gamble, and BTW while you're at the table at least they're serving you free drinks.

You work the Forex and you fear the volatility of BT? That's like calling the pot calling the kettle black! Forex is a giant rollercoaster, some ppl have lost their shirt trading it... sad smiley

Bitcoin's future is sketchy, some governments have even banned it. Forex is indeed a rollercoaster, but the number one rule of trading is to never risk more than you're prepared to lose!
