Seems like a different set up to the ticket plan......catwalk instead of central pit....

Nothing different, same as all other venues.... although the floorpans on Ticketmaster.nl (and all other ticket sellers) show the catwalk in their groundplan.

On the previous page Beast posted - "As in Barcelona, anyone entering the pit now is made to go to Keth's side or leave and wait till they decide to open up Ronnie's side".

Yeah, I read that, too. But I still can't get a clue out of it, like, why should they do something like that?

Now I'm confused. Can anybody tell us how it works? Do they fill up Keiths side and let people go from there (through catwalk) to Ronnies side on a given time? Or do they wait to open up Ronnies side (normal entrance) and let no one in until then?

to be forced to go to Ronnies side would be much worse (camera crane etc)

Standing centre field sound is not good during de Staat.

Update:
I had to put in earplugs to make the echoes bareably during the set of The Staat.
During the Stones set, the sound was much, much better.
I had a regular standing place, close to the barrier between the general admission field
and the pit, in where the middle circle of the football field would be. Great sound there,
and a good view over all the stage. Not the intimate atmosphere one'll get in the pit,
I suppose, but what can a poor boy do 'xcept to rock with his favorite band? Even if it
was from a bit of a distance.

Just as long as the guitar plays, let it steal your heart away

there is a tunnel under the catwalk (right at the beginning of it, close to the stage. it can be seen at one of the pictures posted above). In Hamburg as well as in Munich people could change the sides before the show, though not during the show)

The twitter pic makes it look like it’s Shine A Light

Ronnie's side opened up at about 7.45. No logic why then. Until then we held to one side. People were allowed to walk through there to get to Keith's side. A lot of room on Ronnie's side just now
