It's raining steadily now, probably not much respite for the rest of the day/night.

So happy to see them touring but I need to ask, who are they targeting? or trying to play for? if you want 90,000 fans the price needs to be lower and the weather can't be a factor....they should know this..bad weather helps no one, not the band , the fans, the overall experience, the overall sales potential...would be much better to play 50,000 inside at the current prices or 90,000 outside but make it much cheaper and people will come....i struggle to see who/what they are trying to attract and achieve....I will go ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, ANY WEATHER but I am not the target audience (I don't think) as I highly doubt there are 90,000 of my type in any major area...perhaps 10,000 and then the rest will be the curious, the what to do on a saturday night, etc etc....Thoughts anyone?

Interesting question, Bob. When I browsed #stonesnofilter on Instagram in the hours leading up to the Hamburg show, I did notice quite a few people (mainly women) who looked to be in their late teens and twenties posting, with several highlighting that it was their first time seeing the band. This was also the case in Munich, see the few examples below for illustration.

How many of these young fans do you think are attending with older relatives?
There has been an assumption on iorr that the Stones are now playing largely to an audience of people who are seeing them for the first time. It would be interesting to know what percentage of a crowd on the current tour have seen the band before.
Ultimately, there must be demand, particularly as the Stones are playing similar areas, and in one example, the same venue as they did just three years ago.
