Hey everyone, I have tix for the MSG show on 9/13. The tix say the show starts at 8 pm. From those of you that have attended shows already can you tell me, do The Stones come on at 8 pm or is it the openers. Any info will be appreciated. Thank You.

Chicago tickets said 6:30pm. Stones took the stage at 8:50pm. Check w/your venue to be sure 8pm is the first act.

Milwaukee ticket face said 7:30... stones hit it around 8:45p, after Buddy Guy's opening set at 7:30.

Thank You all. Seems to take about an hour for the stage to get rigged for the big show.

East hartford - tickets said 8:00 they came out 9:42 pm. Excpect 9:15-9:30

The best answer to this is "at least 45 minutes after the LAST opening act..."

I do like to be there for part of the opening act & get the crowd's vibe during intermission, & settle in & build my own anticipation....wouldnt want to cut it too close for the Stones.

In this aspect you guys in the states are very lucky. You can walk in the venue 5 minutes before it starts and go to your seat and be in the front row. Here in Holland you have to wait all day in front of the stadium, then when the doors open you have to run up the stairs and all the way over the field after about nine hours of sitting and when you made to the "pit" and you can "finally" sit again, you can wait for another two and a half hours before the opening act starts and another hour after the opening act before the stones come on.
So you guys are very lucky but only if you have the luck of buying a good ticket for the first couple of rows and pay 450 dollars for it. Come to think of it, i would never go to a stones show and pay that much money and not be sitting in the first ten rows :-)
