Paris is the cheapest stop this tour, as it was in 2014, right?

I think Rock in Rio Festival in Portugal may have been the cheapest show on that tour, followed by Pink Pop (Netherlands). Paris tickets last time were relatively reasonably priced, which is why it was so hard to get one!

Oslo is far more expensive than London. I nearly fainted in the bar in 2014!!

Reaklly? Last tour I had a great Hotel next to the stadium for maybe 110 euros and did lots of shopping, the prices being way less expensive than Paris.

I am surprised by the prices for hotel rooms in Barcelona this time around, expensive.

When I ordered my Paris ticket they charged me €15 for postage and today when I received my ticket the envelope has €5 postage stamp it is only €10 for me but when multiplied many times then they are making a lot of money from just sending the tickets.

That s very French: you also pay the women that served coffee to the guy who actually licks the stamps, the guy who licked the stamps, and the cost of electricity shedding light in the basement where they put everything in envelopes. That's what they call activity based (abc) costing. smileys with beer

Got my tickets for the 19th (Fosse Or with early entry) and 25th (No Filter Pit) today, here in small town Montana! Was beginning to wonder when I would get them.

Apparently the regular hard Fosse Or tickets also say "PARTERRE DEBOUT". The difference is they also say "Fosse Or" and indicate the gate while the VIP ticket says "Vip 4" and has no mention of gate.

My French friend sent me a photo of his regular Fosse Or tix and I just compared those with mine

TM hasn't responded yet.

Did anyone already received their hardcopy VIP-package tickets ordered on ticketmaster.fr? I didn't and I'm getting al little bit concerned, cause I read somewhere that some people did receive their tickets (no e-tickets but hardcopy).

Dead right. For Zurich, they charged CHF25 and what's more it was only possible to buy one pit ticket at a time. I needed two and so had to pay CHF50 postage for two tickets being posted to the same address at the same time. That's what I call being Robbed Blind...

For Khol a few years back I had to pay DHL express mail, maybe 50 euros and they only sent a boucher and I still had to queue on the venue for the real ticket, I was soooo angry

TM.fr still has Platinum tickets (including No Filter Pit) available for all shows, as well as regular-priced Carre Or seats for the Oct 25 show.

No filter pit tickets are still available (at huge price).

I wonder how many people enter in this section ? What is the capacity of the no filter pit section ?

If its capacity is 400 people, I think that it should be sold out now. So, it is much more. But, how much ? The more people are in the pit, the less valuable are the tickets.

Ticketmaster.fr has No Filter Pit tickets for the three shows. They are called Platinum 9 tickets (850 euros however). It is not a package only a ticket. You can have an e-ticket.

If their ticketing strategy is working correctly, they should NOT have sold out by now. The goal is to sell all available tickets at as high a price as possible, not to sell them as quickly as possible. They know they can sell them more cheaply (even as Lucky Dips) in the last week if they need to, so they have no incentive to drop the price at this stage. For Platinum (although I think these are packages rather than platinum tickets) if the tickets are not selling, they will drop the price a little to until someone is tempted enough to buy, and then the price jumps back up a little. All a game of cat and mouse...

They won't know anything.

In each city it's the promoter's call, aided by fancy computer programs designed to squeeze as many people in for the most amount of money. And there's no rush because the promoters will count on a lot of walk-ups on the day of the show.

Ticketmaster France still hasn't responded to my query as to whether the VIP 4 ticket is a Fosse OR ticket.

Having seen a picture of a regular Fosse OR ticket I should be good but they certainly are taking their time to get back to me.
