Although it was Ace Frehley (Dutch background) who designed their logo with the Nazi Schutzstaffel insignia as the 'SS' portion of their logo, and neither Gene nor Paul (both Jewish) seemed to notice.

Ace denies that he explicitly used the insignia, even though he admits to being fascinated with Nazi history and used to wear Nazi uniforms when drunk to taunt Gene and Paul.

I highly doubt that Mr Marketing gene Simmons was not aware of it.

True, but that's what he claims.

His Jewish heritage is very important to him...he was born in Israel and lost family in the Holocaust. It seems like the one thing that he may value more than money.

When I saw Guns n Roses in about 1993, the were introduced as "The Feel-Good Band of the 90s" ...

Always loved that one!

Yes. "Los Rolling". They also tend to call Mick "Mike", and Keith "Kite".
