Aint Gonna Lie is probably the same track as I Aint Signifying and is easy enough to find

It's good you put reggae between quotes because I would hardly call it a reggae version. But it's on a Tattoo You-outtake compilation called 'Tattoo Too' on the Rattlesnake label.
