And it's "Shepherd's pie", a Sheperd's pie may be a delicacy for cannibals

If it's made with minced lamb, then it's Shepherds' Pie.
If it's made with minced beef, then it's Cottage Pie.

It is true that Shepherd's Pie is supposed to be made with lamb, but according to my extensive research on the subject several years ago, Keith Richards Shepherd's Pie is made with chopped meat, meaning hamburger (ground beef).
Furthermore, the Keith Richard's Shepherd's Pie I researched did not have tomatoes, Worcestershire, Cheddar Cheese, or even garlic in it.
These are the ingredients:
3 pounds potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 large carrots, grated
1 12-ounce can beef stock
1 tablespoon cornstarch
