How can I order the special cd with the three bonustracks from Amsterdam, Europe? It looks like Amazoneoes not have this one, only the standard cd. Some USA firms don't send this special one internationally. What can I do?

Just received the gatefold lp. Good work. Small sticker on the film protection says "made in Czech Republic"
The record is in color, mostly white with pink.
I thought that only the Barnes & Noble edition was something special. Nice surprise.

Arrived today. Nice book, hefty, good quality paper. Great photos. Just started it but it's very well-written and researched (from what I've read so far). The CD is, um, "less-than-stellar", however.

Sorry, I don't have Wanted Dead or Alive but I do believe it's the same. Ronnie says "There will be no special guests, etc." For completists only, as they say.

It's the CD that was released last year without the "bonus tracks"
