Prince - L.A. Coliseum, '81 (later came to appreciate him and his music)
Living Color - L.A. Coliseum, '89, bad sound, bad music.
Jakob Dylan - Dodger Stadium, '97, monotonous.
Sheryl Crowe - Several Licks shows, first time was ok, intolerable after that.
Starsailor - boring as hell, Amsterdam Arena & both London Twickenham shows, '03.

Spin Doctors ('94, I think?). J. Geils in '81 were amazing, though.

Peter Maffay - Munich 1982

In his own right he is a good musician and worth listening to, but it between the J. Geils Band and the Stones he was just the wrong choice for the occasion. He got booed, and people threw eggs and tomatos on the stage so he had trounble finishing the concert.

Paris'95 : we had a double slice of mediocrity with Eric Lapointe and John Bon Jovi.
Ugly, just ugly...

Ah yeah, they were completely incapable, trying in vain to get some interaction with
the crowd.
Amazing how the roadies switched off the amps when their time was up!

I didn't like Big Country either, who opened at Malieveld The Hague. Like Rockman said,
who needs an opening act anyway?

Just as long as the guitar plays, let it steal your heart away

I find it odd that someones goes to a concert with eggs and tomatoes.

Definitely Böhze Onkelz in Hannover 2003.
They started their career with Nazirock, their fans were scum, drunken, yelling, throwing fireworks.
I still can't believe the promoters put them before the Stones. Many Stonesfans turned their back to the stage showing their discontent.
But the Stones did one of their best gigs on that day, fortunately!

Probaly the worst I have seen was Seal in Oakland 94 but the most disapointing was Guns&Roses LA 89, perhaps I had too high of expectations.
