Were they allowing Non-Professional digital cameras in?

Were metal detectors used?

Was there a second security pat down, etc before entering the On-Stage section?

Just trying to plan ahead with my camera plans....

Same here. Actually I'm beginning to wonder why cameras are still banned. I think it must be a lobby of professional photographers but times have changed. Great rock 'n' roll photos are now a dime a dozen. I look forward to a group just deciding to can the whole thing and let all cameras in free...

In Boston the did not care about cameras a all. All they cared about was real crowd protection, i.e. guns, knives, bombs and all of that. They had metal detectors and did body search, but all cameras were ignored. I guess if you came with professional equipment then you would be told to leave it behind. They need some sort of limits. Otherwise people will bring anything.

Security at locations may vary of course, even if it is under supervision of the Stones.

Everybody was asked by security bto mingle around the B-stage when the Stones moved down there. In fact RS head security instructed local security to bring that message. So they really want people to go to the B-stage. Otherwise it will lok empty and deserted down there.

I recall that they expressly allow cameras in the 'boxes' on stage. Anyone seen any shots from that?
