I posted a review on the review page and talked about.(Ed Quinn) At fenway anyway It could have easily been done. 1st step go to ticket master Will call show ID and they gave me the ticket. Still outside of the park I walk 1/4 mile to Special onstage gate only and show them the ticket. They gave me a wrist band and my back stage pass them I was escorted up to my Corral. Never asked for an ID so I could have easily sold it or given it to anybody between step 1 and step2.

I am going to Hartford Friday and I am transferring two tickets that are under my name to my friend and his wife. I will also post thier procedure and see if it is similar. Most of the people working at these places are young college kids and they do not really pay much attention or give two shits. If it is different I will give My buddy my Id and credit card if need be. This should be no problem he's my height and almost as handsome. Also at fenway when I first picked up my tickets at the will call they only asked for my license no credit card.

Last thing: Have your confirmtion number handy one guy in the line next to me at Will call had a slight problem they could not find his ticket in the box so they asked him for his confirmation #. I am sure it turned out fine just be ready for any foul up from ticketmaster.

I hope this helps have a great time.

Thanks for the info, Virgil! It sounds like I'll have no problem getting on stage with someone else's ticket.

One final question, though. Did the wristband have your box location (or even your name) printed on it? I imagine it didn't; I just wanna make sure there won't be any surprises.

One more thing, Virgil. For the Hartford show tomorrow, pay attention when you pick up your tickets at Will Call and see if they ask you who is accompanying you to the show. Thanks!

Cheers.

No problem I will be more precise with the procedure than I was for Fenway.

Also: Nothing on the wristband or even on the presspass you wear around you neck. The box number is on your ticket only. Once the shows starts you can move around no problem. I went in other peoples boxes and checked out the view most people were very friendly and were having a great time. On My way back from the Mens room ( during Shattered OF course) I could of easily entered the first tear boxes on my way up to the second tear. pretty causual up there. Have fun

Hey Steven,

Im sorry you did not read the last line and I got you all excited. I could not resist being a wise ass. I did it for all the people who were posting negative comments about the onstage seats before anyone even experienced it. I also had my doubts when i first saw them but I did say i would reserve judgement until I myself sat there.

Have Fun whatever shows you go too.

I did post a trade on ticker trader and would have taken it if someone offered. But I did say in the trade, "I did not like what I saw on Sunday from my seats and did not want to chance it. I did state it seemed like a scam when they sold it as on stage seats when is actually on stage balcony seats." I did not state that they sucked with out experiencing them.

Besides I did not know about the open bar until I got there and the two young wild Hyenas that were in the box with me. Thank god my wife could not spot me from her seats.

LOL! just havin' fun with you, Ed.... yeah, I can see where people are upset with what they regard as false advertising. On the other hand - the seats are "in the stage" in the sense that they are in the stage structure, so I'm not too bothered about that. The bottom line is that it seems they are a fun experience and I really look forward to 11/13....

Can anyone tell me how much those tix cost?

thnx

I think they all were either $250. or $99. I bought one for Moncton and was charged $99.00 Canadian + service fees, worked out to about $79.00 US - thought it would be a one time experience - so forked over the $$. My biggest question now - can't get an answer - is if I can use a GA or VIP ticket to watch the opening 4 groups for 4-5 hours (from 3:00 until 8:00) then leave and go to the on-stage will call entrance to get in and see the RS.

I am in Stage Right Box 6 lower. What time does will call open and when is the best time to go into the show after picking up your tickets?

Ohh okey thank you ratcub,

This leaves me (maybe a very stupid) question..

When I looked for tix there where a LOT of $400 tickets. These "on stage" tickets cost about $250 as you say.

I thought the on stage tickets where the best en most special tickets, so how come they be less expansive then the $400 tix i mentioned??

Will call at fenway was from 5:30 to 7:30 and we were not allowed up onstage until the back up group left the stage. I have same instructions for Hartford accept will call is 6:30 to 7:30. In both cases I recieved an email from ticketmaster one day before the show.

Maybe the RS want to give something special to a few fans - so on stage seating - Don't know how many seats were sold on ticketmaster, and how many will be given away either through the fan club contest or text messaging contest when you enter the stadium. When I bought my ticket, I had no idea what it woudl be like, so didn't go for the $250, just the $99 seats.

The US tickets were $250 or $75 with slightly obstructed views. They are cheap compared the $450 normal tickets. The On Stage tickets are few in number and the Stones use them for charity and promotional purposes. They are what the theater tickets were for 40 Licks.

You know what else was weird about the $250 and $79 stage tickets? I paid $250 each for mine, and I had the WORST possible stage seats as far as I can tell. I think I had upper stage box 9, which was the farthest from the center, and also much higher up than even the other boxes in the upper stage row. I still thought it was awesome, don't get me wrong, but I was wondering about the $79 stage seats. What box were you guys in?

Also, the two hyena's that you mentioned, did one of them have a tongue painted on her upper back? That was so cool!

Do the boxes closer to the center have more obstructed views?

Very perceptive Cindy
Those were the Hyenas they smothered me with stones love. The tongue was Air brushed on.

From the other boxes I checked out I say yes. The open bar box was closet to the center and i had a reeal had time looking down the ramps. From the big screen the sides v out like butterfly wings.

I'm lower level Keef's side box 2 out toward the end. Seems like the view might be better the farther out you go?

we're allowed to buy 2 on stage tickets. non transferable. so we'd need to be with a partner to get their ticket? and what if someone buys two singles? does that partner still get one of the tickets, or does the second ticket become non transferable?
