On Stage Seats

How did these work exactly? If anyone sat there...how was it?

Nevermind...I've seen the photos...was what I feared they'd be.

The best thing about the set-list are the new songs. Really, I am surprised they are playing it THIS safe. They MUST do warhorses, but in the past, it seems they've played a few more obscure songs (Route 66, Dead Flowers, 19th Nervous, etc.). Looked like a fun show for Stones fans (hey, we love em all)...but a disappointment for those of us who were hoping for a new & exciting setlist. Really, kinda like Licks 2, but safer.

actually - from the photos of tonight's show that I've seen - the On Stage seats look even better than I imagined. And my buddy at tonight's show told me he thought so as well. Really looking forward to SBC#1 for that reason, at least.

Just like I expected a week ago and mentioned in an earlier thread on this board. People integrated on the stairs inside the iron building, now that's really cool! Were you up there for the entire set or just a few songs? Please let us know how it was like!

Let it rock!

Looks to me like you are quite high up and the band have their backs to you!

What was it like in these seats?

How was the view, sound, security?

Can you get drinks?

in the photos it looks like all the onstage people are in the front row, right at the rail, which is pretty cool.

i mean in the front row of the onstage area, melilo -
it looks like no one is standing behind anyone else up there.
which would be good, at least for reducing the number of fistfights going on. :E

I'd like to hear from someone who has actually been in one of the on-stage seats though! How did Keef's bald patch look from all the way up there? That kind of stuff!

It was on TV today at the Dutch Keith interview. You saw the seats being in the stage, you know, the 'wings' of the stage has spaces between them, and there are the people seated.

I agree with "manofwealthandtaste":

Please share with us how it was............!
